Kisspeptin is a signaling peptide central to reproductive-neuroendocrine research. It is investigated for its role in KISS1R activation and the upstream control of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, or GnRH.
Laboratory and human physiology studies examine kisspeptin signaling in puberty, fertility, luteinizing-hormone release, and communication along the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
Mechanistically, kisspeptin binds the KISS1 receptor on GnRH neurons, helping researchers study how reproductive hormone pulses are initiated and regulated. This product is a research material, not a hormone treatment.
Each vial contains 10mg of lyophilized Kisspeptin powder for controlled laboratory research after reconstitution.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Add the water slowly down the inside wall of the vial and let the powder dissolve gently. Do not shake.
Storage: Store lyophilized peptides at -20 degrees C. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2-8 degrees C and use within 30 days unless the product guide says otherwise.
For Research Purposes Only. Not for human consumption. Not for veterinary use. Sold strictly for in vitro and laboratory research applications.
